Agnique MMF stops mosquito and midge maturation. It is an environmentally friendly, cost effective mosquito larvacide that aids in the reduction of mosquito-borne diseases.

Using conventional spraying methods, an invisible monomolecular film spreads over standing water habitats. This film interrupts the critical air/water interface in the mosquito's larval and pupal development cycle. Agnique MMF is also effective in killing emerging adults, egg laying females and males resting on treated surfaces. A significant advantage is that mosquitoes and midges cannot develop resistance to Agnique MMF beacuse control is through a physical mode of action.

Agnique MMF Mosquito Larvacide and Pupicide is effective on all species of mosquitoes and chronomid midges that breed in standing water and require air/water interface in their life cycle.

How It Works
The invisible monomolecular film quickly spreads over standing water habitats.

The film reduces the surface tension of the water making it dufficult for mosquito larvae and pupae to attach and causes them to drown.

Emerging adult mosquitoes or midges are unable to fully emerge and will drown.

Also shown to be effective on egg laying females and resting males that land on treated surfaces.

Application:
For most mosquito species, larval and pupal stages will be controlled within 72 hours. Field tests show Agnique MMF to be potent for 5 - 21 days.

Suggested application rates for fresh water mosquito control are effective at rates as low as one (1) quart per acre of surface water. Small areas of standing water only require a small amount of Agnique MMF.
